SQ6 Soft Key Rotary Not Working?

Hi all,

I’m trying to set up my SoftKey Rotary 1 to control the amount/level of reverb being sent for a channel. I’m able to assign it…and the lighted “tab” will actually say “FX1amt”. However…when I turn the knob, there is no difference in the level of reverb being sent. Not sure what I’m doing wrong…?

Hi Alex,

I’ve tried to submit a ticket to that address…but it’s saying that my user account is not valid…?? Not sure what I’m doing wrong here? This is a pretty big deal as we use this board for worship purposes and often need to toggle the reverb off an on between songs and regular speaking…please help…!!

I think you need to set up a support account there, the forum is separate.

Hi Leo,

To submit a ticket on the support link, you need to register an account with us first.
