Hello everyone!

I’m fairly new to the Allen-Heath world, but loving it so far. So my question is this: I have purchased the De-Esser insert, and would like to use it on my SQ7. However, when I use the code generated from my account downloads, the SQ tells me that the code is incorrect for this SQ. I have done this multiple times to make sure I am entering all the necessary information correctly. Any ideas as to what I can do to get this to work.

This is also happening with the free Tube Stage Pre-amp.

Make sure you choose the right SQ Model when generating the key on the A&H website. You gotta choose the DeEsser for SQ7 the other ones wont work

My mistake (when ‘buying’ the free TubeAmp) was a typo in the ‘DNA number’.

Unfortunately the shop UI is veeery clunky (no copy&paste) and makes the whole journey a little more ‘adventurous’ than necessary.
