So what would you like to know?
Is the desk new or under Warranty? If so, raise a repair request with your supplier.
Otherwise, either live with it or you will have to contact someone for a repair.
The issue is either a fault with the LCD display or LCD driver. It is likely to be on the same PCB, so it should be a simple swap. But get a quote for the work first, and look for value for money.
