SysEx Program Recommendations

I need a program that I can use to send various MIDI SysEx Messages from my MacBook to various MIDI Devices. I need to type the message in manually and send it to a device. I would appreciate it very much if someone could point me in the right direction. So far, the google hasn’t been much help.

One of the guys here managed to get MidiOX to run on a Mac, but I don’t know how.
