Touchscreen not working properly at edges or the screen

Hey guys,
I’m curious if your touchscreens are same as bitchy at the very edges of the screen? Like the outer centimeter.
We discovered that on our SQ5 and SQ7 during the block/allow settings in the user account area. Sometimes we had to push the surface 4-5 times to change the value.
