Hello all! I’m a iLive T newby, so please forgive me if this is a basic question. I’m trying to understand how I can connect 2 mix racks to one surface and utilize the i/o. Here’s how we want to set it up:
-iLive T112 at FoH
-iDR32 at FoH position for local FoH inputs/outputs
-iDR32 at stage position for stage inputs
Here’s the gear we have:
-iLive T112
-two iDR32s
-Multi-Mix Out card (for ADAT outputs to recording DAW)
-M-ACE card for connecting the two mixracks
I’m having some trouble understanding how to properly connect them. Here’s how i’ve tried it:
-ACE connection from iLive T112 to ACE connection on iDR32 (stage position)
-ACE connection from iDR32 (stage position) installed M-ACE card, to ACE connection on iDR32 (FoH position)
-MMO card is installed on iDR32 FoH position) for output to recording DAW.
Am I connecting this correctly? Do I need to us that little short network bridge connector cable that came with the M-ACE card?
I read something about Firmware 1.6… what exactly is 1.6 going to do for us?
