Jack in the 2.0 Q&A is pointing towards a knowledge base document, that will fill the marketing promise of “low latency” for UltraFX card with hard numbers.

Can anyone point me to that document, or at least to the “knowledge base” as I can not find it on the “new” website anymore…

Found it! “Knowledge base” is now called “help centre” ?

What the document in question does not answer, though, is what factors and then how they influence a latency range of 6-11ms for VocalTuner, as an example.
