USB B LIVE STREAMING

@Volunteer

Thanks for your reply. I’m pretty up on PCs. I run them in my studio and am aware of the tweaks for best audio performance.

The Macs by reputation are actually supposed to me more reliable and audio friendly without the need for drivers for USB audio … but, alas, not my experience at the moment.

I’m hoping a Mac user can chime in with some advice on the issue.

roger that.
If you have your mac completely tuned up what other type of info do you think someone else can give you?
Not really anything you can tweak on the AH to fix that problem.

The issue is ALL the software/hard settings and interactions. One or more of them is a problem.
Did you really tweak all of them or did you skip some thinking they wouldn’t really make a difference?
Could it be the latest OSX on the older hardware? Are you 100.00000% sure?

If it works fine from the mini jack then what are you using when it fails?
I thought you were talking USB inputs to the mac.
Are you talking usb outputs to the AH?
Why not just use that mini jack to the AH?

Have you checked mac forums for help?
This really sounds like a mac problem not an AH issue.

I guess you are trying to help, but as I said, I’d like to hear from a QU-16 Mac user.

I probably should have started a new thread instead of piggy backing here.

@DFT

always best to start a new thread with specifics of your problem in the title

and be clear of the total configuration and how you are using it,
which many folks ignore or make confusing

Really?

@DFT

do’H!

Yes, every once in while we encounter on forums supercilious busy-bodys intent on answering questions not asked and suffering from chronic ‘last-word-itis.’

Bye!
