When starting the CQ USB Control Panel the first time after booting the Output latency is at around 900 samples (19ms). After changing the Buffer size or turning Safe Mode on or off the Ouput Latency goes down to 160 samples (3.33 ms).
I had this problem since i bought the CQ 20 B but i thought this will get fixed eventually (assuming this is a bug and not a mistake on my end). But after months every time i boot i still have to open the Panel and have to switch the Safe Mode on and off to resolve this.
Does anyone have this problem as well or any idea how to fix it?
Have you submitted a support request through the A&H website? If you haven’t, I suggest that you do. After all, A&H can’t fix what they don’t know about.
