Hi folks,
I just bought a new QU16 today, and I’m trying to update the firmware from 1.2 to 1.5. However, once I format my USB drive through the utility menu, it becomes unmountable by my macbook, which means I can’t transfer the update patch to it. Disk Utility is telling me that the format is ‘Windows_FAT_32’, which appears to be different to all my other FAT32 devices.
Can anyone help me out?
EDIT: I’m running Mavericks by the way, the bane of my existence
