USB vibrates, and 'clicks' like it is peaking on 18T

Its hard to describe what its doing, and I cannot seem to record USB inputs on the sdcard. So, i’m stuck with descibing it with words. Its sort of like sound continually peaks. I hear a clicky sound and its like the sound is vibrating a couple times a second. Its just dirty audio. HOwever, there isnt any peaking going on at all. I tried two devices and it does the same on both. Both are PC’s. One with an intel i7 10th gen, and another an i9 13th gen. Not sure what to do about this. Its with all processing off, and no PEQ set wither. Its just pure input. Gain is definitely not too high either.

I connect to my phone via the charge port & usb adapter, it works fine. I wonder if there is some intel BT issue here??

@martinav

Sorry to hear you’re having an issue here.
You can contact us directly through support.allen-heath.com and we’ll do our best to figure this out with you.
Maybe you could also make a quick video on a phone to show what’s going on.

Thanks,
Keith.

That audio behavior sounds like a sample rate mismatch. Ensure the PC software/driver is set to same sample rate as the desk.
