Using AR2412 connected to AB168

Hello A&H users

Basically I am trying to get some audio boxes which are flexable throughout gld80/112 and qu24

My question is can you use a AR 2412 connected to a AB168 to achieve the 40 channels that the gld is capable of. Id initially thought you had to use AR2412 and x2 AR0804s to make that work.

Second question if the answer is yes can you modify the AB168 to be rack mountable?

Yes, you can connect the AR2412 to the GLD, then the AB168 to the expansion port of the AR2412 to get 40 channels.

Yes, you can get a rackmount kit for the AB168/DX168.
