Using Fiber Optic With Fiberace Cards

When trying to connect 2 mix-racks thru there installed fiberACE cards on each, using 150 meter OM4 Multi-mode fiber cables, I’m getting lots of errors. the red lights on the cards done stop blinking and when I disconnect on of the redundant cables the audio becomes unusable.

Using the same method to connect Mix-rack to surface with convert mode on the cards, works fine.

Any Idea anyone??

Help will be appreciated.

Hi Lishinsky,

I may assume you have tried different Optical cables? (Are you using Std fibers or are you using the Neutrik connectors?)
Have you checked if there are any debris or dust on the connectors? (Both cable as cards).

The system should be able to run on 1 cable.
