@Keith Johnson, I have a CQ12T.
While this this gave me a 5 seconds full happiness moment, I finally had to admit that it is a small CQ Mix Pad app little display bug.

It’s not possible to colour the FX channels using the mixer or CQ-MixPad, and we don’t support any other means of controlling or making adjustments to the mixer (e.g. Mixing Station).
Or is the bug that the FX channels have been coloured somehow?

No it is the bug for the 4 FX displayed inside "PROCESSING/FX2 tab.

In fact I have the 4 FX sends displayed for all channels when using the CQ MixPad.
