Is it possible to control waves from the console?
No.
Yes. There is. Depends on the software you’re using on how it’s implemented, but you can do this with the soft knobs. The main knobs that control the touchscreen are SQ only and transmit no MIDI (yet…please implement this A&H), but the soft keys do. I’ve been experimenting pretty in depth with this. I haven’t been completely successful, but I’m still going after it 
What software are you recording with, Robert?
I think he’s looking to control it like you could with Digico and still can with SSL with the Waves plugins actually on the console’s screen.
