Hello. I purchased today Qu-16 ,
when i’m plugging in usb cable from USB B port to computer (PC) nothing happens. I don’t get any ‘new hardware has found’ , just nothing. I’ve tried to install the driver , but I get an error message says that ‘make sure the device is plugged in’ . I’ve tried also to change the cable, change computers and nothing. Is there anything i need to configure in the mixer in order to tell the computer that the device is plugged?
Nope, just USB A-B cable into the mixer.
On Linux it just shows up as a class compliant sound card
