I have the qu-16. “White Noise/Hiss” is coming from the board and I can’t get rid of it. (its not a humming sound) It remains even after I have removed all inputs and changed out amps, cables, speakers, power source, power cables… everything! The only place it can be coming from is the board itself. You will even see the level meter flutter due to it. I am going to run a firmware update today and see what that does.

Any Suggestions?

Clean power ?

Unassign everything from everywhere and start adding sources one by one

It may be worth trying the “Reset Mix Settings” in the scenes section before doing anything else.
