Xone 96 cue problem

I am hearing master output via my headphones when the headphone mix is set to cue and no track (or return) is cued. Changing the headphone mix from cue to master (obviously) keeps playing the master, and the volume level remains the same; as if I did not rotate the cue mix from “cue” to “master” at all. The volume level (on the cue side of the headphone mix) in this scenario is very strong, leading me to believe that it is not analogue bleed-through. When in engage the cue of any other track this silences my headphone mix (when headphone mix is fully set to cue). Thoughts on what is going on here?

If you haven’t pressed a Cue button, also your console will almost certainly be cue the Master signal.
So, if the Cue Mix control is set to “Cue” in this scenario, you are essentially hear the Cue Master.
If you then select a channel’s Cue, you should hear that channel’s signal.
If your headphones go silent when you do this, I would suspect that there is no signal present on the cued channel at that moment.
