I have a XONE:96 and am trying to multitrack record via the USB interface.
I have successfully recorded the master (channels 11/12) in the past with no issues.
However I am trying to record all channel inputs, and some seem to not be sending signal via USB. Specifically: channels 3/4, 7/8 and 11/12 (when set to send 2, not master) send no signal to the USB inputs (I can see the meters and hear them fine through the master). The issue persists on USB 1 and 2.
I tested my Ableton (MAC Apple Silicon) setup with a friends XONE:96 which worked fine immediately, so I can confirm it is configured correctly. I restarted my XONE:96 many times which did nothing.
Is it possible for the interface on these to be damaged/faulty? Could it be a firmware issue? Something else? Any other ways I can reset the interface? Just want to exhaust any options before taking it to the shop.
