1.7 editor with linux ? how to instal ?

i have instaled Ubuntu 10.04 on a laptop acer 3050 after that i download 1.7 editor i extract the file and i have '‘iLive Editor 1.70-Linux-x86-Install’'with double click on it he ask me for a program to open this file …

The way to do this is not the good one …because it didnt work could help me someone

We do not officially support iLive editor for Linux OS, though we do provide a Linux version of Editor for experienced Linux users.
