112 Surface won't boot after upgrade

Hello,
Hoping we can get out loved desk working again. It is not been used for a while due to covid - but just before covid an upgrade to (we think v1.94) was made. Obviously this doesn’t run on the 112, with standard hardware.

So it boots up, we get the white Allen & Heath logo screen then a split second of what looks like the desktop then we get the text (see image). We have been able to get a command line up, and can see the directories and files.

We would like to get it working again on V1.8. Please any help, would be so welcome!

ok update, A&H support been great
They’ve suggested need a new CF card, part no. 004-095 but it’s v1.9

Our IDR-10 has the DSP RackExtra card
Our research shows that you can only run v1.9 on the IDR-10 if you have the blue RackExtra 2 DSP
so if we have 1.9 on teh surface it won’t connect, so my questions is does anyone have a CF card with v1.8 on, or - our card seems to be ok… has anyone got an image of a v1.8 CF card for a 112 surface or any way of restoring the v1.8 firmware onto it? Thanks
