48v Phantom Power won't turn on - CQ20B

I have CQ20B - Used yesterday for the 1st time - One singer brought a condenser Mic - I could not get the phantom power to turn on. Today I tried to get it working without success. Phantom power will not turn on on any of the channels - Will not turn on even in the demo mode of CQ-mixpad. Don’t know if there is a problem with the APP or the mixer or firmware. Any help?

Are you just tapping the 48V phantom button?

You need to hold it for a few seconds to both turn on or off the
phantom power.

Thank You Mike C! I had CQ-Mixpad hooked up to a Windows 10 Laptop and my IPad. On the IPad I was either just tapping or pressing hard, but evidently not long enough. I also was using an Ethercon snake so was thinking it was not turning on because it was only 2 wires/channel vs 3 with an XLR cable.
