I have a Qu32 A&H and it just freeze but I tried turning it off and on but it came on but it’s not booting just on the welcome screen..what I can do please
I presume you left the console powered on long enough to make sure that it wasn’t just being slow to boot up?
Hopefully you have a backup of any show info on the console. You could try these instructions to do a hard reset and see if that fixes it, but keep in mind it factory resets the device, erasing all info.
