Does the A&H team have a favorite SD card to use for the CQ consoles?
My research gives me this card according the specs in the user manual. (See photo)
@MicFan
That is the same card that I use and is solid.
So maybe the manual tells us the minimum requirements and everything faster is backwards compatible. I only know that the file size written on fat32 can’t be larger than 4GB if I’m right.
Windows can only format FAT32 up to 32Gb but third party formatting software can handle FAT32 over that limitation.

This is not quite the case regarding backward compatibility. The CQ hardware is SDHC and the spec provided is for best results. We have had many reports (as in this thread) of other cards working, but with SD cards, a missmatch of class between hardware and card can actually result in worse performance. e.g. a card which supports faster transfer speeds might actually perform badly because of the way it achieves those speeds.
There’s much more info in the following article - https://support.allen-heath.com/hc/en-gb/articles/20018693934481-How-to-choose-which-SD-card-to-use-with-CQ-consoles
Thanks,
