A text box would be nice!

So, I’m working on A&H devices quit a lot these days. It was a bit of a steep learning curve at first. But now I’m flying away on the desks.

Thinking ahead: it would be great to have the possibility to make notes on the offline editors. Quick notes of routing, inserts, etc. Readable before actually loading the showfile. Like a little pop-up in the corner or a small text box.

Is that something you would wish for in a future update? That would be great in my humble opinion.

Would love this on dLive as well. It is one feature I miss from our previous console (Digidesign Profile).

Yes, this request is more than understandable (but not just for the offline editor), given that you only have 16 characters for a show name.
Right now, you have to take paper and write everything down – just like 100 years ago. ) :face_with_monocle:

Yet another example of A&H’s daft restrictions on text field length - though none as perverse as the 6 character channel name limit.
