ABCD Labelling for virtual patch selection

We use a CDM64 in an installed environment. This combined with plenty of patchbay and floor pockets allows us to use ABCD extensively to have multiple positions for various sources in a volunteer friendly way. For example, Acoustic Guitar 1 could be in three different positions depending on if they are leading or not as well as various other layout needs. The ABCD features allows us to avoid messing with physical patching. For years I have wished for the ability to set label names on the ABCD inputs to simplify the process for volunteers to choose the “location” for virtual patching.

I know this probably isn’t the primary reason ABCD is used, but even the other use cases for it would benefit from being able to put labels on them.
