Again, it all depends on the sound you are trying to achieve. You should start by trying different reverb presets and then noting which ones you like and making a decision based on what works for your particular situation. There’s no magical “one preset” for acoustic guitar, or anything else in the audio world. Experiment, and enjoy. That’s part of the fun.
