To have action buttons in the south area of the screens?
This could be an amazing addition. If it is possible to do, then there should be no reason why it couldn’t open up the possibility to get other things such as on-screen “soft keys” for mute groups or fx/monitor sends which would free up physical soft keys for other purposes.

agree. I’ve used up all my Soft Keys (C3500) and I have a few actions that would be nice to be able access more quickly.
If you can group them in a way that makes sense, you can have scenes that just change the softkey assignments. Beware the hazards of “utility” scenes when you change your MixRack’s configuration, though.
Good point. This is the single best and worst feature of scenes. They’re a great catch all because they can change just about anything, but that also makes them incredibly destructive if you’re not careful.
Oh yes, we are all aware of that. Setting wrong recall filters would be a nightmare without the recall undo.
