I have found that reverb (or any FX) from a specific input channel only shows up on an AUX mix if that channel is faded up in the LR mix. Is there a way that I can enable reverb from a channel in an AUX mix without it being up in the LR mix? For example I might be running monitor mixes without an LR mix.

You can switch any (FX) Mix globally or separately for each input channel to Pre or Post (LR) fader.
In your case, you would need to select “Pre” for this input channel in this FX mix.
However, this also means that this FX of this channel would then regardless of the LR fader be audible in all mixes (also in the LR mix), if it were returned there.
