After 5+ hours Qupac audio starts crackling, popping

I uploaded example: https://youtu.be/bTUeKhI0k3Q
Sound comes from headphones out.
Feels like some processor is overloaded.
It does not matter what I do or which channel I PAFL. It becomes totally useless.
Crackles comes like waves - at the top of the wave the sound disappears almost completely, then again crackling will go away and quietly start to come back again. Switching the device OFF/ON does not help. Also, device is not hot, at least I don’t feel with hand. At the same time these cracklings were not recorded (multitrack). They are audible only in headphones and monitors.
And I don’t use FX at all.
Also seems that if I just leave it ON, lets say whole night, then it works fine. But if I really use several channels, do multitrack recordings etc then it starts to happen.

What should I do?

Do you have anything connected to the analog inputs on the mixer.

Look at the utility menu and see what the operating temperature is.

Yes thats really weird.
Check what Mike C says …
And is there is NO computer plugged in?
And is ST3 turned right down?

Yes, 1-16 line inputs are all connected.
No computer plugged.
St3 turned off.
Latest firmware.

Ok, I will check temerature next time when it happens.

In the video where is the playback source coming from, the analog inputs
or from the USB Q Drive.

Do you have the phantom power turned on any of the analog inputs

And I don’t use FX at all
Please also make sure the FX are definately turned OFF everywhere. Failing all of what Mike has asked. Maybe you could do a hard reset back to factory settings?
