Hello
Who has made a succesful experience with AHM-16 or AHM-32
switching on/off an projector via network commands?
e.g.
Epson Large Venue Beamer (EB-PU2010W)
over Network command?
This projector accepts network commands:

Did you ever get this working? I find myself needing to do exactly that with 2 projectors each on 2 different AHM32s. I’ve been using quite a few of the AHM processors in local school districts. And they all have Epsons.
You can’t control via PJLink, you need to send Codes to the unit via IP, send me a DM or email service (at) mozaix.com.au
No, not yet.
I like to learn from someone who has done it successfully, before.
I have ben able to get it to work…
In my case Panasonic and NEC projectors…
Go to Manage and Presets.
Make an preset eg: Projector ON and safe it.
click on button EXTERNAL/IP Control
Press button IPCONYROL and HEX (in my case)
My strig in this case is:
02,00,00,00,00,02,0D
That 0D is important!
Mode is TCP
IP adress: IP adress of projector
Port: Port used by Projector.
You will have to find the HEX codes yourself, every projector is different.
You can also use Dec commands, the AHM will convert them for you also to hex and vice versa
Please note… this is NOT for example Crestron who can READ the projector… it sends message, and that’s it…
If you have any questions, don’t hesitate to contact me…
Thanks, Quality AV
that sounds GREAT.
I will try it with an Epson Projector on my next project.
