I’ve an AHM 32 installed in a restaurant, unit would be a year old now- only running two ip1s
No cc or extras
An issue has arose with the unit, where the unit just produces a constant thumping sound through all sources(thought maybe an issue with a particular source, but it’s every source)
When the unit is restarted the issue goes away for a random period of time, but comes back eventually
That sounds like a hardware failure of some sort (perhaps the power supply is failing??). I would definitely reach out to your supplier for more assistance and perhaps a warranty claim.
