RESLOVED> I have recently installed an AHM-32 for a fairly basic matrix mix of the audio in our performing arts venue. This includes routing for the main PA, subs, fills, balcony delays and assistive listening system. I have created a couple of redundant presets and chosen “ALL” in recall scope and clicked “Unit startup preset” and selected the desired preset. The power has gone out in our building a couple of times and upon startup no presets are stored and all routing and configurations are gone. I have tried storing and recalling and double checking all the boxes. I can pull the power and when power is restored, all the presets are completely cleared. Of course I can reload my saved config file, but I am wondering if there is a way to store the configurations to be saved if the power goes off. Thanks.

Would you be able to reach out to us at support@allen-heath.com please? This looks like you might have an issue that requires a bit of troubleshooting. It isn’t normal behaviour for the config to be wiped on a power outage.
