as per title, i’m using an AHM matrix where various zones use a priority input. But the minimum Threshold setting is -42dB. I would need it to be at least 50% lower if not all the way to nothing.
I use it to switch between stage boundry microphones and PA Mixdown for our hearing aid systems. In Theatre work, sometimes the signal sent to the PA is really low and not enough to trigger the priority/ducking compression.
Is this a bug or specific feature? …or am i missing something else?.
The priority inputs on Zones were more meant to be used for announcements/pages, and the -42dB min threshold reflects that. Your use case is super interesting and is a good reason for us to take a look at changing that value. We’ll add that to our feature request list!
