Is iT possible to use a ilive idr 48 as a stagebox with the sq6/7?
Also would you recommand buying an sq or a used ilive at this moment.

The iDR48 is the mixer, so you would be connecting two different systems.
This would only be possible using Dante, and you would have no control over the iLive system from the SQ system.
So I would suggest this is not an ideal setup.
As far as whether to go for SQ or iLive, it depends on what you need.
As a starting point though:
SQ = 48 channel, 96kHz XCVI core, low latency, DEEP processing ready, SQ-Drive and USB-B, compact with local preamps and lots of expansion options.
iLive = 64 channel, 48kHz, more configurable busses, split mixrack/surface setup, offline PC editor.

Dlive is unfornataly not in the budget right now.worked a lot with it and i realy love it.
But i never worked on an ilive before.
go for the SQ… sounds better and is more modern with lower cost
the concepts are close
but if you need more mixes then 12 you have to take the dLive 
but with SQ you can spent some money on this

Ilive is cheaper over here second hand.
Ilive is around €4000 with idr48.
Sq7 is over €4000 on his own.
You may want to consider a GLD as an option too depending on your specific needs.
