Is there a way to write protect showfiles?

There is no locking scheme like there is with scenes. It would be nice if Show files had a lock.
I will make backups for this reason. I use two backup strategies. 1) I save a duplicate Show file (ie saving two Show files) on the Surface. This means someone would need to overwrite both copies before I ran into trouble. 2) I also save Show files on a different device. For simplicity, I use a laptop running Director Software connected to the Mixrack and save a Show file on both the laptop and the normal Surface (method #1). You can also move Show files to a USB drive, etc to back them up as well, but I find using the laptop running Director to be easier and quicker since I generally already have it connected to the Mixrack so it takes almost no effort to save a Show file on the laptop.
