AR2412 pad gain problem

Hi,
My AR2412 stagebox does sometimes not go back to the specified gain after engaging the PAD function. If I engage it again it sometimes goes back sometimes not. I think the relays have bad contacts and thus the resistance of the contacts is to hi.
I would not spy the problem if I hadn’t had chanels linked and seeing different input levels.

Had anyone this problem before?

I’ve not heard of this, but please contact us through support.allen-heath.com and include details on the mixer you’re using it with as how you have everything connected so we can investigate further.
If you can get video of it happening, that might also be helpful.
