Assistance Needed with Qu-5D Stereo Inputs (ST1 & ST2)

Hi everyone,

I’ve got this resolved with help from A&H support, and ST1/ST2 are now working correctly.

Problem:
ST1 and ST2 channels were pulling input from sources other than their own sockets.

Cause:
According to A&H, this was due to an assignment issue in the MixPad app. It has been addressed in the latest version.

Solution:
To correct the channel assignments, follow these steps.

  1. Re-save your scene as a new scene.

  2. Press and hold the Recall Defaults key on-screen.

  3. Set ST1 and ST2 to Safe: go to Safes on-screen, then tap the ST1/ST2 buttons (they will turn blue when safe).

  4. Recall your scene. Verify the patch: go to the Processing screen and confirm the Source in the top-left corner matches ST1/ST2.

Also, update the app to the latest version to avoid this from happening again.

Hopefully this helps anyone else who runs into the same problem.
