Error - Failed to connect to surface processing board

We got this error last night, but we were able to tap Advanced and reboot, which got us in to the console. Memory was wiped, but we had show backups. We loaded the show and had no more problems last night. Today, WAY more difficulty. After 20 minutes of trying the same procedure to do Advanced reboot, we finally got it rebooted. Attached is an image of the error. Any thoughts as to the problem and fix would be appreciated!

Assuming you haven’t already, contact A&H support. This sounds like an issue best referred to them.

We may have discovered the problem. It seems the thumb drive we had connected for backing up show files is corrupted. As soon as we unplugged it, everything functioned normally. Luckily, we have a second backup of the shows. I think we are still going to contact our distributor and arrange for a loaner so we can send ours in to get looked over. Better to be safe.
