Facebook user Daniel Barnes posted a video about this in a group, then i tried for myself, and i have this bug too.
You can see in the video what is happening.
Output knob is sticky/glitchy around value 2(only there!), if you incrase it slowly.
Touch & Turn Control knob is not faulty, the bug appears in both screen(both knob), and also with smart rotary. There is only one method where there is no BUG, when you adjust it fast.
