When Avantis faders are touched, they highlight on the screen. This is marginally useful, but is there any other functionality for fader touch? Does it do anything other than highlight the fader?
IDK for sure what A&H has actually done with the fader touch sensitivity, but touch sensitive faders could enable the Avantis to be more much useful than an SQ is if you use it as a DAW controller. I use an SQ6 in my studio, but keep another board around just for that reason.
