I have an Avantis console and just had two error messages pop up and they are as follows:
Fan 1 X
Fan 1 stalled X
Has anyone had this error message? We have a service tonight and I can’t get tech support via email or chat. Any suggestions?

I’ve had the Avantis case opened before (to replace the fader banks). There are two or three fans installed on the bottom cover. I suspect you will find that one of them has stopped working.
I think it would be an easy replacement because if my memory serves me correctly, I believe the fans had their own plug/connector.
Thanks for the info! The interesting thing here is that all 3 fans appear to be working. Do you recall if there are any more fans inside the housing?
I don’t recall seeing any other fans, but my focus was on changing the fader banks so the only fans I saw where related to that goal.
That being said, I think it would be expected that there be more fans in the case. The three fans on the case are obviously just to help move air through the case. I suspect there are probably other fans that are designed to cool specific processing chips or other components that get hot with use.
