Avantis freezes and Audi stops

I have an Allen and heath Avantis which started freezing, when it freezes everything stops working and audio stops passing through the desk. This has been sent back to audio technical and they replaced a cat 5 internally. First time out yesterday and it froze again with the same fault.

Has anyone else experienced an Avantis freezing?

Do you have any network devices connected to the Aventis?
If yes: disconnect (there might be an issue in your network settings).

Before it went to audio technical to be repaired it would freeze with nothing connect to s-link or network port. Yesterday I had a GX4816 and a DX168 stage box and also network switch.
