Avantis Freezing at Bootup

. Our Avantis is stuck on this screen…tried entering what it asked for in prompts…but stopped here….any thoughts on what can be done to remedy? Will this require sending in for service?

(For context: I don’t have an Avantis, but am a software engineer…)

I would STRONGLY recommend that you don’t go any further without feedback from A&H support!

The operating system configuration used in your device most likely was designed to NOT include those extra packages and trying to install them could make things worse.
