I had a problem with a flashing mute on one channel that couldn't be deactivated, as if it had been activated by a group mute.
I had to physically change channels, but I didn't understand the problem.

It’s worth taking a look in the Routing screen (select channel + press Routing screen key) to check whether this channel is assigned to a Mute Group or DCA.

No, actually, that's the first thing I thought of: a bad mute group routing. But that's not it, I saved the scene so I can watch it in peace, I'll keep you posted.

Could you please submit a support ticket at support.allen-heath.com and have your Show file ready to send over - please copy the entire SHOWXXXX folder from your USB drive, and also let us know which scene has the issue, please.
