Bluetooth automatic reconnect iPad

Hi everyone,

I’m using the Allen & Heath CQ-12T mixer and streaming music from my iPad via Bluetooth. It works well, but I’ve noticed the following issue:

When I turn off the mixer and then turn it back on, the iPad doesn’t automatically reconnect via Bluetooth. I have to manually go into the iPad’s Bluetooth settings and tap ‘connect’ again.

Does this mixer not support automatic reconnection? Or is there a setting I might have missed?
It would be much more convenient during live performances.

Anyone experienced this?

For me it’s an advantage. If there multiple devices that were paired with CQ which one should connect automatically? By making it manual you can choose
