Can anyone tell me regarding the battery on the board in the T112 and the one in the IDR48, these are rechargeable, do they need replacement and is there a procedure, just completed the battery change on the SBC,
What do they these battery’s hold.
Dear Sparky,
there is a VARTA 2.4 battery on the mainbord of the MixRack. That should hold the memory of a SRAM - here are your settings of routing, your show in general. I think the clock is powered from this battery, too.
I replaced it, but I got still problems, loading previous settings / show on power up.
best regards,

Hi all,
I have just replaced a battery on the main CPU and got the computer to boot. However it will not recognize the control surface. On opening up the console I was greeted with long term battery acid damage in the main surface board. (I live T Controller PCB AG7143_3) It looks like the damage has spread over a 3 inch radius. I have removed the battery, gave the pcb a white vinegar wash to remove acid, washed and then Isopropanol alcohol wash.
At this point I’m not very confident in getting this pcb back to a dependable working unit. So was wondering if anyone had any spare old stock boards available.
I would imagine A&H have run out of these a long time ago.
Point to self mod all consoles to remove batteries from the pcb surface.. ticking time bomb for all of these consoles.
I would like to get the console running again, So If anyone has any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.Im based on the East Coast USA.
Thank you!
