I am getting a boot error, you can see in the picture. Is there a work around or fix for this?
Error says, “Reboot and Select proper Boot device
or Insert Boot Media in selected Boot device and press a key”

ACSC, most common cause is a dead BIOS battery on the control CPU.
It is pretty easy to disassemble the console to get to the CPU module.
There is a standard button cell that holds the BIOS settings.
Change the battery. Also look up the BIOS jumper on this board…it might have to be moved to the adjacent pin.
My board had this issue…changing the battery fixed it.
