Brand new Qu5D - Inconsistent Fader Speed

Hi, I just unpacked a brand new Qu5D, and I’m seeing that some faders are slower/laggier than others. I calibrated the faders and it didn’t change anything. The lagginess also isn’t consistent — sometimes the slow guys drag more, and at other times less.

Note that I am NOT talking about the “soft close” effect, that’s fine and I like it. I’m talking about how the faders don’t all reach the destination at the same time.

This is a brand new mixer straight out of shrink wrap.

I found the same trouble.

I contacted A&H support and told me tat I require service with my local distributor in Colombia. I sent my Qu to check after 6 months waiting to know how I would proceed.

No a solution to be found, yet! :sleepy_face:
