My GLD seems to be frozen, it switches on and keeps a blank white screen indefinitely, is there a way to hard reset it?
How long have you left it? If DHCP is enabled in the GLD’s network settings, but no router is plugged in to it, the boot time will could be quite long.
Hi Scott, tried overnight but it was still frozen in that state.
I’m wondering if there’s a way to factory reset it from here. The only way I know is from the settings menu but I’d need it to boot for that. It would seem my only other option is to reset the bios.
